The Workshop on Gallium Oxide and Related Materials will take place in Paris on September 24 -25, 2026. The aim of this event is to bring together the French scientific community involved in Ga₂O₃ research.  There will be only oral presentations majorly by students and young researchers. 

Registration is free but compulsory. Participants number are limited.

Abstract submission and registration deadline is August 25, 2026.
